Student Account Links How To Login Forget Your PIN? Assess Your Tuition Paying Your Tuition and Fees Problems or Questions

Welcome to the online OHSU Institutional Student Information System, a.k.a. ISIS Online. ISIS Online is a secure, interactive application that allows you to easily register for classes and view your own student information.

If you are a non-matriculated student and have never registered for classes with OGI or OHSU in the past, please complete the non-degree application form to obtain an ISIS Online account and be able to register online. You may view the online quarterly schedule without logging on.

Your registration for courses in ISIS is not automatically sent to either of these individuals.

How To Login

• Click here to login.
• Enter your User ID.
  (Your 9-digit Student ID beginning with a "U".)
• Enter your PIN.
  (When logging in for the first time, your PIN is a randomly generated number that was previously emailed to you.)
• You will immediately be asked to change your password.
  (Your password must be 6 numbers and/or letters with no dashes or spaces.)
• You will also be asked to establish a security question and answer. If you later forget your password, answering this security question will allow you to reset your password.
• Navigate through the available menus by clicking on menu items.

Forgot your PIN?

ISIS Online allows you to set up a security question and answer. Provide the correct answer to your question and your PIN is reset and emailed to you at the preferred email address on file. You can also call the OHSU Helpdesk to have your pin reset at 503-494-2222.

Please note: some company firewalls or internal computer security systems prevent the access of this information online. If you are unable to get to the log on page from work, please try from another location, such as your personal internet service provider.

Assess Your Tuition

When you are finished registering, select Registration Fee Assessment on the Registration Menu to assess your tuition.

This function will assess basic tuition and health insurance. If your account requires adjustment, such as applying the $35 late registration fee, the appropriate adjustment will be applied to your account within a few days.

Please note: if OGI is paying some or all of your tuition, that payment will be applied to your account around the beginning of the quarter. You are not responsible for any amounts promised to be paid by OGI or any interest assessed on those amounts.

Your student account balance is due the second Monday of the quarter. Any account balance not paid by the due date will incur a late payment penalty of 12% annually (1% per month). You will not be allowed to register for future classes with an overdue student account balance.

Paying Your Tuition and Fees

Tuition and fees may be paid on line through your ISIS Online account using Mastercard or VISA. You can find the online payment option by following Student Services > Student Records > Account Summary and Make On-Line Payment.
