Applications for admission to the master's program are accepted and evaluated year-round, for admittance in any quarter. Recommended application dates are:

• For Fall Quarter: apply by the end of July; international students
  by the end of June.
• For Winter Quarter: apply by mid-October; international students
  by mid-September.
• For Spring Quarter: apply by mid-January; international students
  by mid-December of the previous year.
• For Summer Quarter; apply by early-April; international students
  by early-March.

Applications for admission to the Ph.D. program are reviewed on a year-round basis as received.
